Our cleaning service will have your dress professionally cleaned, steamed, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and beautifully boxed for safe keeping.

POST-WEDDING CLEANING

There are 3 easy steps to submit your dress for cleaning:

1. Follow the link and find your dress to submit her to our cleaning database and pay online. Once you have received your order confirmation, proceed to step two.

2. Package up your dress and be sure to include our return slip with your dress confirming your name, contact details, and order number.  You can download our return slip here, or simply write these details on a piece of paper.

3. Post your dress back to us using your most convenient courier service. We recommend using a fully tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage. Feel free to share the tracking info with us so we can monitor your dress’ arrival.

Once your dress is restored to her former glory she will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and beautifully boxed for storage.  We will be in touch again when she is ready to make her way home to you and will then ship her free of charge using DHL’s carbon offset next business day delivery service, which is fully trackable and requires a signature upon receipt.
